Work Package 1 – Management, coordination, and communication
Objective:
  • Managing the planning & administrative tasks (financial aspects);
  • Communication activities between partners;
  • Organizing the steering committee meetings;
  • Coordination of the project Management & Implementation activities between partners;
  • Planning CONNECT-UNITA Transnational meetings.
Tasks completed:
  • Coordination of Project Management & Implementation activities;
  • Description of the activities, the outputs and the results undertaken in the final report providing evidence;
  • More than 30 Steering committee meetings organized;
  • 6 meetings organized with Work Package leader and co-Leader;
  • 3 Transnational Meetings organized during the project at UVT, UNITO and UPPA;
  • Contribution to organize events (conferences, seminars, events) (physical or virtual) to share and disseminate project results (out of the partnership).
